Exchange Policy, Order Processing and Shipping & Pick-Up
** NO REFUNDS - EXCHANGE / STORE CREDIT ONLY WITHIN 3 DAYS! **
To exchange an item for another color or size, it MUST meet the following requirements:
1. Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed
2. Hangtags should be attached
3. Package should be shipped to Curvy & Worthy within 3 days of date delivered or picked up
**Items Not Eligible For Exchange: Final Sale items, undergarments, and bodysuits**
Customers are responsible for shipping fees when requesting a exchange
We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet the requirements above.
We will not accept items that have been damaged, worn, soiled, without tags or shipped to us more than 3 days after date of delivery/pick-up. This includes any signs of wear, the smell of fragrances and/or smoke.
In the event we receive an item that does not meet these requirements, the exchange will not be granted and no store credit given.
**If you need to send an item to us, please include your original packaging slip which has your name and order information listed. If you've missplaced it, please include in your package:
- A note with the full name listed on the order
- Advise if you'd like to exchange for a new item, different color, size or if you'd prefer a store credit
- Ship package to the address your order was mailed from
If an exchange request does not provide the needed information or the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a store credit by way of gift card. You'll receive this via email.
PLEASE ALLOW 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS FROM THE ORDER DATE FOR ORDERS TO BE SHIPPED OR READY FOR PICK-UP.
If you need an order processed same day (to be shipped or picked up) please include a tip amount of $10 to cover rush fee.
*All rush orders must be placed by 11am EST*
Please be sure to verify your shipping address is accurate as customers are responsible for shipping cost in the event an incorrect address is provided.
"How much is Shipping?"
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting payment information. Once you've added desired items to your cart, proceed to Checkout where you will be offered multiple shipping methods and their pricing.
Free Shipping on US orders $100 or more
Packages are shipped using USPS unless another carrier service is selected by customer at checkout. Tracking numbers are emailed to customers once orders have been processed and ready to ship.
Estimated Shipping Times
Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:
1. USPS standard: 3-5 business days
2. Priority: 2-3 business days
3. USPS Express Mail: Guaranteed in 2 business days, 1 day in some cases
Once a package leaves our location, it is out of our control. If you have questions or concerns, please contact the United States Postal Service 1(800)275-8777 or UPS 1(800)742-5877.
LOST PACKAGES - If your package is lost, please allow up to 7 days for it to be delivered. If your package has not arrived 7 days after the stated delivery date, please contact us and also contact the carrier service to begin claim process.
- Free shipping DOES NOT always include insuance.
- Ordes are not processed or shipped on weekends and/or holidays.
Pick-Up is available as early as the next business day from 5:30 pm to 6:00 pm EST.
